Here are my suggestions... 1. Determine the "Type" of event - Desserts, Lunch, hors d'oeuvres, or Master Mix and Mingle, dinner i.e. casual, sit down, formal or in between. 2. Estimate a Budget - Determine how much you would like to purchase and how much you would like to do yourself. It can be as simple as picking out a few selections, or as elaborate as a fully catered party. I can guide you through the costs associated with the different services. 3. Call - We'll work out a plan that works for you. Tell us what foods your guests will enjoy and what you want your event to be. We'll work out a quick menu; you'll edit and approve as needed. I'm very flexible, so you can give us your final guest count the week before the event. It's that simple. I'll take care of the details so you enjoy a successful get-together. |
